Popular restaurant chain closing Lexington location

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A popular Lexington restaurant is closing one of its locations.

Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen announced that its Broadway at the Square location will not reopen.

While this location is shutting down, the restaurant is encouraging customers to continue visiting its other Lexington and Louisville locations, including Palomar, Hamburg, and Bardstown Road. Owners say they want to keep the same spirit of fresh food and community alive.
