Video shows progress on new Lexington Public Library branch

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) -The Lexington Public Library is giving people a peek at the progress on a new branch opening at Palumbo Drive and Man O’ War Blvd in a new video.

The new branch will take the place of the Eagle Creek Branch, and boasts a number of new features, including a 25-percent increase in the number of books and other materials, mutliple meeting rooms and study rooms, increased parking, and drive-through service.

Renovations are currently underway, and the new branch is expected to open in the Spring of 2016.  To see the video and get a preview of the new branch, click here.
