Victim Of Kidnapping Gets Away Thanks To Car Trouble
State police accused a Frankfort man in a kidnapping.
Troopers said Dwayne Wainscott forced someone, at gunpoint, to drive him from Frankfort to Lexington Sunday.
State police said the victim was able to get away in Versailles when the victim’s car broke down.
