Victim found after shooting in Lincoln Co.

DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police were called to a shooting in Lincoln Co., but spent part of the day trying to find the victim.

According to investigators, two men were arguing this morning on Spring Run Road when one of the men shot the other in the foot. Police say they then took off in different vehicles.

The suspect was reportedly found a few minutes later, and troopers say they found the victim, Donald Depew, Jr. this afternoon. He was arrested on unrelated charges.
 
State Police say right now, they have not charged the shooter.
