Veterans Honored At Camp Nelson

Hundreds of people gathered at Camp Nelson National Cemetery Tuesday morning to honor the country’s veterans.

Lt. Col. Walter Leaumont said, "It’s not just for veterans that served in war. It’s not just for veterans who paid the ultimate price, but anybody that has worn the uniform."

While all veterans were honored, Vietnam Veterans were given special attention and a Kentucky Veteran pin.

Earlier in the day, a World War II veteran said a complete stranger bought his lunch.
