US Marshals offering $10K reward for Ky. murder suspect

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a Kentucky murder suspect.

Charles Blevins is wanted by multiple agencies, including Kentucky State Police and the West Virginia Department of Corrections, on a warrant for murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm and parole violations.

Blevins was convicted of murder in Cabell County, West Virginia in 2009 and sentenced to prison, according to a Facebook post from the Mingo County, West Virginia, Sheriff’s Office. He was released on parole in 2019.

In early July 2019, Blevins was accused of shooting and killing Adrian Smith in south Williamson, Kentucky. He hasn’t been seen since.

Blevins has several distinctive tattoos on his left and right forearms, the sheriff’s office said, however, he may have changed his appearance and be living under an alias.

One known alias Blevins may go by is “Charlie B.”

He should be considered armed and dangerous.
