UPDATE: Woman arrested in Russell Cave Rd. altercation

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say a woman was arrested in connection to a recent altercation that ended with gunfire. Police say Holly S. Isaacs is charged in the May 24 incident on Russell Cave Road. Investigators say Keith Allen Jefferson, Jr. is also wanted in connection to the case.

According to investigators, Isaacs and another women were fighting in a parking lot. Police say Jefferson was also there at the time. Officers say he handed Isaacs a gun, and Isaacs then shot at the victim several times. Police say Jefferson and Isaacs left the parking lot before officers arrived.

Investigators say that while the victim was not shot, she was injured by some bullet fragments. According to police, Isaacs is charged with wanton endangerment. Investigators say a warrant is out for Jefferson for possession of firearm by a convicted felon.
