UPDATE: Wanted Fugitive Brought Back To Laurel Co. From OH
The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office said a wanted fugitive who had fled to Ohio was brought back Wednesday to Kentucky.
Deputies said Terry Mullins, 47, Corbin, was supposed to be under home incarceration when he fled on Oct. 17, 2014.
He had been accused in a hit and run incident that happened September 5, 2014 on US 25.
Deputies said Mullins was driving under the influence when he hit a teenager on a bike, critically injuring the boy.
According to investigators, the teenager’s backpack was found in front grill of the van Mullins had been driving.
Mullins was later arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio.
