UPDATE: Victim identified in deadly Winchester crash

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say they suspect alcohol and not wearing a seat belt were factors in a deadly crash in Winchester over the weekend.

Investigators identified the victim on Monday as 36-year old Antonio de La Pena Gonzalez of Winchester.  Police say his car hit a pole at the intersection of Mutual Street and Sterling Street on Sunday.
