UPDATE: Victim in fatal tractor accident identified

DAVID, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police have released the name of a man killed in a tractor accident in Floyd County.

State Police say 77-year-old Denver Shepherd, of David, died Friday on Triple S. Road.

Investigators say the farm tractor Shepherd was driving overturned in a creek, trapping him underneath.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
