Update: Tates Creek Rd. Reopening After Wreck

Lexington Police are expecting a rural portion of Tates Creek Road to reopen a little after Noon on Tuesday, following an early morning car accident.

Police say the wreck happened a little before 8:30 a.m.

They say the driver of a car veered off the road near the intersection of Tate Creek and Saddlecreek Lane.

Police say the driver was ok.

Utility crews spent all morning replacing the broken pole.
