UPDATE: Suspects arrested in back-to-back burglaries
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police have arrested three juveniles they suspect in a pair of burglaries that happened back-to-back in Lexington early Wednesday morning.
According to investigators, a home on Seeley Drive was burglarized around 3:45 a.m. Police say when they got there, a white Acura was speeding away from the home. Police say the homeowner told them someone kicked in the back door and came inside, then took off when they heard someone stirring.
Investigators believe the white Acura seen speeding off was stolen from Bridgeport Drive shortly before the incident on Seeley. Police tell ABC 36 News three people kicked in the back door of that home, stole the Acura keys and left in it.
No one was injured in the burglaries.
