UPDATE: Suspect in Breathitt County motel murder arrested

JACKSON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police arrested a man wanted in connection to a deadly stabbing at a Breathitt County motel over the weekend.

Police say a guest found the body of a man lying outside the Jackson Inn Motel Sunday morning.

Investigators searched through hotel rooms, looking for 31-year-old Willie Josh Napier.

They believe he and the victim, 29-year-old Charles Costello of Jackson, got into an argument and Costello was stabbed in the throat.

On Sunday night, police took Napier into custody.

He is in the Three Forks Regional jail, charged with murder.
