UPDATE: Shots Fired In Lexington Home

Shots were fired in a home in Lexington Tuesday morning, narrowly missing a man inside.
 
Police said four people were inside the home on Hedgewood Court when someone knocked at around 1:30 a.m.
 
They said a man then forced his way into the home.
 
Those inside told police the man was carrying a gun and pointed it at one of the men inside.

The victims told police the suspect asked that man, "What did you do with my girl?"
 
The man tried to run up the stairs, and that’s when officers said the suspect fired three shots at him.
 
The man was not hit but he did jump out of a second-story window.
 
The suspect then took off.
 
No one in the home was hurt.
 
Police said there was a 30-minute delay from the time the incident happened to when they got the call.
 
After they got there, officers were able to recover three shell casings.
 
The victims tell police that a woman was with the suspect and was outside when this happened.
 
 Police are still searching for the suspect they said is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
