UPDATE: Search intensifies for missing Whitley County man

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A search intensified Wednesday for a missing Whitley County man. The Whitley County Sheriff’s Office issued a ‘Golden Alert’ on Monday for 48-year old Joel Moses of the Brush Arbor community. Deputies say they found his car abandoned along Highway 25 in the Pleasant View community and his jacket near the Clear Fork River. Authorities say Moses requires medication.

Search and rescue crews from several counties have been involved in the search, which has included dragging the Clear Fork River.
