UPDATE: Richmond Fire Victim Identified

Investigators say the home had several oxygen tanks inside it, and several had exploded. Police call Camper a heavy smoker. The fire began in the living room/den area. An exact cause has not been determined.

It’s also not clear yet if the home had working smoke detectors.
