UPDATE: Reward offered for information in bank robbery

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) involved in a bank robbery in London last week.

London Police say a man robbed the 1st Trust Bank in the London Shopping Center October 13, 2017.

Investigators say the man walked into the bank just before 6:00 p.m. and got away with more than $16,000 cash.

Police say he had a black semi-automatic handgun.

They say he was wearing a camouflage boonie hat, sunglasses, black long sleeve shirt, black gloves, blue jean cargo pants and black boots.

Police say the robber is white, approximately 6’0″ between 180-and-200 pounds.

Investigators say he may be traveling in a silver four-door Honda with spoke rims that may be a new model.
