UPDATE: Preliminary Autopsy Results of Nicholasville Body Discovery

A preliminary autopsy has revealed that 41-year-old Thamer Hassan died of natural causes, according to the Jessamine County Coroner.

A final determination will be made pending toxicology results, which could take weeks.

A family member found Hassan’s body outside of Hadi Auto Sales on Main Street in Nicholasville Tuesday morning.

The coroner said Hassan had been dead 6-7 hours when his body was discovered.

Initial findings by the coroner on Hassan’s skin led him to believe that Hassan fell a number of times before he died.
