UPDATE: Car lands on roof of Lexington business; no charges filed

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Police say no charges will be filed against the driver who crashed a car through a fence and landed on the roof a business.

Officers say the woman put the car in drive instead of reverse Friday outside Modern Home Furniture on New Circle Road.

Police say no one was hurt.
