UPDATE: Police make arrest in Rowan County shooting

ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting outside a bingo hall that left two people injured.

According to police, 63-year-old Harvey Kissick shot at a group of people who were setting off fireworks in the parking lot of Cave Run Bingo near Farmers at around 10 p.m. Monday.

Two men were hit by bullets and were taken to the hospital.

Their conditions are not known at this time.

Kissick is charged with assault.
