UPDATE: Police looking for car after Lexington shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say they’re looking for a black passenger car after a teenager was found shot on a sidewalk.

Police say someone flagged down an officer just after 5:00 Monday afternoon to report that a man had been shot on Greenwood Avenue. Investigators say the 17-year-old victim had been shot in the upper leg.

Police say the teen went to the hospital. Officers describe him as being uncooperative. Now police want to find the black car. They say it was seen in the area at the time of the shooting.
