UPDATE: Police don’t think shooting at temple was a hate crime

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say they don’t think a shooting last weekend at Bhartiya Temple was a hate-bias motivated crime.

Investigators say Saturday night two men were shot after stepping out into the parking lot of the temple on North Cleveland Road.

Both shooting victims survived.

Investigators say they’re still interviewing witnesses and processing forensic evidence.

No suspects have been named, no arrests made in the case.
