UPDATE: Names released in fatal accident on Bryan Sta. Rd.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The driver and passenger of a white BMW involved in a 3-car collision on Bryan Station Road have been identified by the Fayette Co. Coroner.

The coroner says the two men are 64-year-old Douglas Paul McNally of Middletown, and 63-year-old John L. Akey of Lexington.  Funeral arrangements are pending for both men.

Police say the 3-car accident happened about 2:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Bryan Station Road and Johnston Road.  As best as police can tell right now, the accident occurred when a Kia was turning onto Bryan Station from Johnston Road struck a pickup heading outbound on Bryan Station.
