UPDATE: Missing Russell Co. man found dead in creek

JAMESTOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – 58-year-old Thomas Polston, who was reported missing to the Jamestown Police Department on July 15 was found dead Saturday in a creek on Town Branch Road in Jamestown.

Police say they were notified about 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Officers say the State Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Sunday, which indicated that the cause of death was related to a cardiac event and drowning. No foul play is suspected.
