UPDATE: Missing Monroe County man found safe

FOUNTAIN RUN, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a missing Monroe County man safely returned home on his own. Investigators say 56-year old Randy Baughman, of Fountain Run, disappeared July 16. He was last seen at the Bowling Green flea market.

State Police say Baughman returned home safely on July 29. Investigators say after questioning him, they determined he had left on his own free will.
