Update: Mercer County Graffiti Vandals Arrested
Officers say after video surfaced of the graffiti all six suspects turned themselves in.
They all face the same charges of criminal mischief and trespassing.
Police had already arrested Nathan McGinnis, Owen Ethington, Zach Rossoll and Sean Nolin over the weekend. Seth Heath was arrested as well.
Monday police arrested a sixth suspect, Alex Guay.
Guay’s attorney pled not guilty for his client at his video arraignment on June 2, 2014.
Guay was the last to turn himself in.
His next court appearance will be July 8 at 1 in the afternoon.
The attorney said the family is saddened by the situation.
The surveillance video showed someone spray painting words on the school last week.
An officer who worked the case, Lt. Chad Powell, said it’s a good thing the teens are cooperating with police.
