UPDATE: Man wanted in Lexington shooting to appear in court Thursday
NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man wanted in connection to a shooting in Lexington last month was arrested Tuesday in Nicholasville, according to Lexington Police.
Investigators say Nicholasville Police arrested 32-year old Louk Tuach, AKA “Lucky,” on a warrant for Assault 1st Degree. He was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
Police say on April 22, 2017, Tuach shot a man in the head. The victim was found in the 1100 block of Centre Parkway.
Investigators say the victim was able to speak with officers after being taken to UK Hospital, and was able to identify Tuach.
Tuach is charged with first degree assault and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
