UPDATE: Man charged with Manslaughter in Jessamine Cty crash

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky, (WTVQ)- A man accused of driving drunk in a Jessamine County crash is now charged with manslaughter.

Deputies say Jeffrey Tuggle crashed his truck Monday afternoon on Frankfort-Ford Road. Investigators say his passenger, Marlene Chaffin, was thrown from the truck which rolled on top of her. The sheriff’s office says Chaffin did not survive.
