UPDATE: Man charged with murder of body found near Transylvania University

Lexington, Ky.– UPDATE – A man wanted for a fatal shooting has been arrested. Seantel Watson turned himself in at Lexington Police headquarters Friday morning and was served a warrant for Murder in the death of Larry Rose, Jr.
