LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say a man accused of shooting his cousin four times during a family dispute has been arrested. Investigators say 26-year old Anthony L. Beard, Junior, was charged with Assault 1st and Burglary 1st.
Police say several witnesses identified Beard as the man who went into a home in the 700 block of Jackson Street Sunday afternoon and shot his 23-year old cousin, twice in the leg and twice in the arm. The victim, whose name wasn’t released, was taken to UK Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
