UPDATE: Man Accused Of Stalking Coworker Could Get Plea Deal

A man charged with stalking and threatening a coworker could take a plea deal.

James Caldwell was in court Thursday in Lexington.

Police accused him of writing graphic letters about watching and killing a woman he worked with.

His attorney said the details of the plea agreement were not yet final.

A judge would have to sign off on the deal, which could happen at the next scheduled hearing, December 18.
