Update: Man Accused in Deadly Hit and Run Pleads Not Guilty

Pack is accused of hitting 50 year-old Linda Wilhoite and then driving off.

Wilhoite died from the injuries sustained.

Police say they found a vehicle near where the accident happened, with front-end damage shortly after the incident last week.

Investigators were able to trace that vehicle to Pack.

Pack’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 25th at 2pm.
