UPDATE: LPD says missing man was found safe

Police were looking for Jerome Walker Thursday after he was reportedly separated from a group outside of Half Price Books on West Tiverton Way. Police say 25-year-old Walker is mentally challenged. Officers say he was with a group from a home in Versailles when he disappeared.

According to police, Walker had taken a bus to a relative’s house and was safe.
