UPDATE: Man arrested in deadly shooting in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say they arrested a man accused of shooting  another man in the head.

Officers say 31-year-old Demarcus “Spice” Hill was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with the murder of 22-year-old Darius Bolden.

According to police, Hill walked up to a car in the 400-block of Hollow Creek Road around 4:45 p.m. on November 14 and fired multiple gunshots.

Police say Hill left the scene on foot and the driver, uninjured, drove to a home on Radcliffe Road. Bolden, who was a passenger in the car, died at the hospital.
