UPDATE: Lexington City Phones Back in Service

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – All Lexington City phones were back in service as of 2:45 p.m. Tuesday following a partial outage earlier in the day due to a technical problem.

Emergency 911 and the city’s call center 311 were not affected by the outage and the city’s website functioned normally all day.
