Update: Laurel County Man Found, Golden Alert Canceled

Deputies say 25-year-old Billy Pennington was found around 7:30pm at Levi Jackson Park just south of London.

The Sheriff’s Office says Pennington is impaired and has a medical condition.

Pennington was also reported missing Wednesday night and was later found at the Walmart in London.
