UPDATE: Kentucky Fugitive Arrested In Ohio

Authorities said a Kentucky fugitive had been taken into custody.

Deputies in Hamilton County, Ohio said they had arrested Terry Mullins.

Mullins was wanted in Laurel County.

He was accused of hitting a teenage bicycle rider on September 5th and leaving the scene.

The Laurel County Sheriff said the teenager’s backpack was found embedded in the grill of Mullins’ van.

The 17-year-old victim had suffered critical injuries, according to deputies.

The sheriff’s office found and arrested Mullins.

He was place on home incarceration.

But the sheriff said on October 17th, Mullins left his home.
