Update: Jury Recommends Life Sentence For Marty Roe

A Fayette County jury says Marty Roe should be sentenced to life in prison plus 5 years for gunning down Martha Post.

Doctor Post was shot outside of her Lexington dermatology office in September of 2011.

Prosecutors say Roe was obsessed with Post.

Jurors found Roe guilty Wednesday night of murder, tampering with physical evidence and harassing communications.

The jury came back with the verdict after deliberating for about 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Roe will be sentenced in October.
