Update: Jessamine Co. Death Investigated As Homicide
Jessamine County sheriff deputies say the Nicholasville man found dead in his home on Elm Fork Road was shot to death.
They said family members found Monty Burgess, 49, dead in his bathroom with multiple gunshot wounds.
Investigators said they have several persons of interest in this case but no "hard suspects" at this time.
Deputies say Burgess lived alone.
