UPDATE: Golden Alert Cancelled In Franklin County; Missing Man Found Safe

A Golden Alert that was issued Tuesday afternoon for a missing man in Franklin County was cancelled overnight after Robert Miller, 69, was found safe, according to a post on the Franklin County Sheriff’s Facebook page.
