UPDATE: Fund Set Up For Former UK Football Player Badly Injured In Fall At Commonwealth Stadium
A fund was set up at Central Bank in Lexington for donations to help a former UK football player pay his mounting medical bills.
Brad Durham fell from the upper deck of Commonwealth Stadium during the South Carolina game on October 4, 2014. He was badly injured.
He was initially listed in critical condition, but was listed as ‘Fair’ on Thursday, October 16, according to UK Hospital.
Durham played for the Wildcats from 2007-2010.
Prior to coming to Kentucky, Durham was a star student-athlete at Rockcastle County High School.
The name of the fund, which was set up by his parents, is the ‘Brad Durham Donation Account.’
