UPDATE: Clay County escapee turns himself in

MANCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Clay County inmate who walked away from a work release detail last Friday in Manchester, turned himself-in on Wednesday night, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

David Taylor, of Lockards Creek, was returned to the Clay County Detention Center, according to jail officials.
