UPDATE: Arrest made in Jackson County murder
MCKEE, Ky. (WTVQ) – An arrest has been made and the victim identified in a Jackson County murder, according to State Police. Investigators say Thursday afternoon, 36-year old Bradley Muncy of Manchester and 38-year old Harry Henson of Manchester were involved in an altercation at a home on Bailey Road in rural Jackson County.
State Police say during the fight, Henson pulled out a knife and stabbed Muncy to death and reportedly threatened four other people who were there. Investigators say Henson took off, but was taken into custody a short time later by State Police and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Bradley Muncy was pronounced dead at the scene by the Jackson County coroner.
Harry Henson was arrested and charged with Murder and four counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, according to KSP. Henson was taken to the hospital to be treated for an injury suffered during the fight with Muncy, according to State Police. The case remains under investigation.
