UPDATE: Amber Alert Canceled From Delaware
A car wanted in connection to an active Amber Alert for two missing kids in Delaware could be heading through Kentucky, Delaware State Police said.
Officials with Delaware State Police issued the Amber Alert Saturday for the two children who are missing, along with their mother, from Smyrna, Delaware.
ABC News affiliate WPVI-TV reports that 4-year-old Colette Hamilton and her brother 4-month-old Cortex Hamilton Jr. were last seen on Friday around 10:00 p.m. with their mother 35-year-old Keisha Hamilton.
According to Delaware State Police, the children and their mother may be in the company of the children’s father Cortez A. Hamilton Sr.
The father is described as a 32-year-old black male, 6’00", 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Keisha Hamilton is described as a black female approximately 5’6" 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Delaware State Police told ABC 36 News that the vehicle may be traveling either through Kentucky or to a location in Kentucky, but would not go into specifics.
The vehicle is described as a red 2005 Chevrolet Suburban with Delaware Registration #PC121071 or possibly a silver 2010 Toyota Matrix with Delaware Registration #XP219435.
