UPDATE: Abuse Charges Dropped Against Lexington Daycare Owner

Sevola Marks owns Children’s Treehouse of Knowledge on Ohio Street.

She was accused in June of 2014 of hurting a child in her care.

The arrest warrant said Marks gave a boy a friction burn on his arm.

It also said she bent his fingers and his arm as a form of punishment.

The court decided that the allegations were unfounded.
