UPDATE: 2nd kidnapping suspect captured

RADCLIFF, Ky. (WTVQ) – A second suspect in a Kansas Ciy, Mo. kidnapping that occurred January 22nd was captured today in Radcliff, Ky.

Officials are not releasing the name of the second suspect, saying he is considered a juvenile in the federal prosecution system.  Authorities say the suspect was taken into custody without incident.

Robert Caldwell, also a suspect in the kidnapping was arrested on Tuesday following a pursuit by police.
