Unique cave is home to old-fashioned three-night revival

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The human spirit was being filled Friday night deep in the heart of Kentucky…quite literally.

Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church concluded a three-day old-fashioned revival and the foot stomping, hand clapping, spirit-filling music and preaching all has been inside the Great Saltpetre Cave in the hills of Rockcastle County.

Different preachers have filled the cave with the gospel and spiritual healing each night in the historic cave that provided materials for gunpowder during the Civil War.
