Lexington man charged with rape, human trafficking

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police take a Lexington man into custody, accused of rape and human trafficking.

Court documents say 36-year-old Victoran Faulk used his cell phone to take sexually explicit pictures of the victim, who is under the age of 16.

Documents say Faulk subjected the victim to “commercial sexual activity” as well as having sex with the victim himself.
