Lexington woman accused of trafficking underage girl

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington woman will appear before a judge Monday, accused of offering her boyfriend an underage girl for sex acts.

33-year-old Stephanie Watts is charged with human trafficking.

Court documents say she offered the girl money to allow her boyfriend, 34-year-old Juan Hernandez-Plata, to perform oral sex on her.

Documents say when the child refused, Watts told her she was going to do it anyway.

The next morning, Watts took $80 out of Hernandez’s pant pocket, gave it to her daughter and told her not to say anything

Hernandez is charged with sodomy.
