Man robbed at gunpoint outside theater

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man leaving a theater was robbed at gunpoint Thursday night in Lexington.

Police answered the robbery call at around 8:30 p.m. in front of Regal Cinema in Hamburg.

They say a man was leaving the theater when another man can up, stuck a gun in his face and demanded his money.

The suspect got away in a white SUV with Georgia plates, according to police.
